Q: Do you accept Section 8?
A: Yes, we welcome Section 8 on many of our fine homes, as well as other approved voucher programs.

Q: What is your application charge for rentals? Is a credit check required?
A: Our application fee is only $5. A credit check is required only after a home is found that meets your standards and you wish to rent it.

Q: Do you take race, religion, or maritial status into consideration when renting or selling homes?
A: Absolutely not! This is not only unethical, in most cases it is illegal. Any such paractice should be reported immediately.  You are welcome to call us to find out more about how to contact the Department of Housing and Urban Development, where you can review your rights as Tenants, Sellers, and Buyers. While we provide our clients with a host of real estate related consulting services, we are not licensed to practice law and strongly recommend competent legal counsel be retained in matters such as this.
